What’s your return policy?

Unfortunately we don’t offer returns or exchanges.

What’s your refund policy?

Refunds will only be issued in the case that your item(s) are misprinted, defective or damaged.

If your item falls into one of these categories, please refer to the following steps:

  1. Please contact our customer support team at merch@routenote.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Please provide photos or other documentation of the misprint or defect, along with your order number and any other details of the issue.
  3. Once your claim has been investigated, we will either issue a refund to the original payment method or send a replacement item out.

What items are not eligible for refunds?

Unfortunately do we not accept exchanges or refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Buyer remorse - all sales are final.
  • Accidental orders - any accidental orders will not be refunded and cannot be exchanged.
  • Orders with misprinted addresses - any orders placed with incorrect names and/or addresses will not be refunded or re-sent out.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

Help, my item hasn’t arrived!

If your item has not arrived after the estimated shipping deadline, get in touch with merch@routenote.com with details of your order and we’ll look into this for you.

Do you refund shipping costs?

We will not refund shipping costs unless the entire order is refunded due to a misprint or defect.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
