Artist Agreement

RouteNote Merchandise Agreement Amendment

This amendment ("Amendment") is made to the existing RouteNote Artist Agreement ("Agreement") and specifically addresses the terms and conditions for RouteNote Merchandise services. All terms not explicitly modified by this Amendment remain in full force and effect as stated in the original Agreement.

  1. Duration and Termination
  • 1.1. This Amendment shall commence from the date that you submit your imagery, graphics, and/or Intellectual Property to RouteNote for merchandise purposes.
  • 1.2. This Amendment may be terminated by: a) You, via written notice b) RouteNote, at any time without the requirement to give any reasons for termination.
  1. Grant of License
  • 2.1. You grant RouteNote non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use, distribute, copy, display, and modify any imagery, logos, or trademarks you supply for merchandise purposes.
  • 2.2. You authorize RouteNote to market, create, and sell physical products containing your imagery, trademarks, and graphics to customers online through RouteNote's website.
  • 2.3. You retain ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights in the imagery and physical products.
  1. Fees and Payment
  • 3.1. You will receive 30% of the profits from each merchandise sale.
  • 3.2. Profits are defined as the item sales price minus all costs related to fulfilling the order and fees charged by third-party partners.
  • 3.3. Payments will be made in United States Dollars (USD) when the amount due reaches a minimum of 50 USD.
  • 3.4. RouteNote reserves the right to deduct any outstanding merchandise proceeds from negative balances accrued through merchandise sales.
  1. Refunds and Product Removal
  • 4.1. Refunds will only be given for misprinted, defective, or damaged items.
  • 4.2. RouteNote reserves the right to withdraw any items from sale at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, intellectual property infringement, inappropriate content, or suspected fraudulent activities.
  1. Third-Party Services
  • 5.1. RouteNote utilizes third-party service providers to fulfill orders. RouteNote shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of such third-party service providers.
  1. User Obligations
  • 6.1. You are responsible for paying your own VAT in your country.
  • 6.2. You should ensure high-quality image files are supplied to RouteNote for print. Low-quality files may result in merchandise that does not meet desired quality standards.

By continuing to use RouteNote's Merchandise services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Amendment.
